If your order is missing and the above steps didn't locate it, please contact us and we will be sure to investigate the issue and refund you in full. Please contact us at email@example.com, and not through WeChat or other channels (we can't look up your orders based on your WeChat username).

Unforunately the best we can do is refund you and offer you a voucher for a free meal in the future. We apologize in advance but we are an extremely small business and do not have the resources to respond and redeliver within a reasonable time period. Our goal is always a 100% delivery rate and we will investigate all cases when orders are missing. In the past, redeliveries have always taken over 15 minutes so it is no longer company policy to do so.
