I can't find my order. What do I do?

The most common reasons for this are:

  1. Make sure you ordered for today. Many first-time customers make the mistake of ordering after 10:30AM and accidentally order for tomorrow or later in the week. You can check the Delivery Date of your order on the Orders screen.
  2. Check that a friend didn't take your order. It's surprisingly common for customers to have a coworker take their box intending to deliver it to them while they are en route to get it themselves.

If your order is missing and the above steps didn't locate it, please contact us and we will be sure to investigate the issue and refund you in full. Please contact us at support@lunchtome.com, and not through WeChat or other channels (we can't look up your orders based on your WeChat username).

IF YOUR ORDER IS MISSING, WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU EAT ELSEWHERE FOR THE DAY.

PLEASE, DO NOT CONTACT US AND EXPECT THAT WE WILL FIND OR REDELIVER YOUR ORDER. WE CANNOT DO THIS.

Unforunately the best we can do is refund you and offer you a voucher for a free meal in the future. We apologize in advance but we are an extremely small business and do not have the resources to respond and redeliver within a reasonable time period. Our goal is always a 100% delivery rate and we will investigate all cases when orders are missing. In the past, redeliveries have always taken over 15 minutes so it is no longer company policy to do so.

What does (reheat needed) mean?
Some of our vendors singlehandedly make hundreds of orders a day. These will not always be warm by the time they are delivered due to the time involved. We recommend heating them at 50% or lower in your office microwave. All our packaging is microwavable and recyclable.
Can you deliver to my company?
Please contact us at support@lunchtome.com if you'd like to add another building to our service. Our main threshold to entry is a high enough volume of customers to amortize the drivers' delivery fee, so if your friends are also interested please let us know.

Thank you for your interest! We are always looking to serve more customers in the Seattle area and we have both an ever-growing customer base and the lowest delivery fees of any competing service.
